Two Office Positions – New Hampton

We are seeking two individuals to join our office team. Good communication and organizational skills are required.

The candidates will share in the responsibilities of accounts receivable, accounts payable,job costing, payroll and 401 K reporting.

Additional duties will involve warranty claims and registration, manufacturer rebate applications, portable restroom route tracking and reports, sales tax and payroll tax reporting, and tracking employee licensing.

  • Excel, Word and general spreadsheet skills are necessary.
  • Typewriter, copier and general office machine skills preferred.
  • Office experience preferred. Confidentiality and trustworthiness is a must.

Position is Full Time, Monday thru Friday. Medical insurance, Paid Vacations and Holidays, 401 K
